Grot, Inc., takes safety seriously with an average EMR of .79 and mandating that each participant must pass the in-service training with a ninety percentile or higher which exceeds the requirements set forth by the regulations.  Of course Grot, Inc.,’s dedication to safety efforts has paid off multiple times over the past few years, especially with no accidents since 2001.

Via a synergy relationship with Pro-Trainers, Inc., Grot, Inc., exceeds the common expectations of OSHA compliance with a higher moral aspect of providing a safe work environment for each and every employee.  Our goal is to make sure that each and every employee has the training, tools, and management support to uniquely, efficiently and safely complete each job task or project.
